Right from the placing of the order on 9 April 2015 until I took delivery on 2 May 2015 you kept me fully informed every step of the
way. The unveiling of the car was a real treat.
The car is exactly in accordance with the specification and includes exactly all the optional items which I had specified and for this I thank you.
I am very pleased and delighted with the car.

About a week ago I called into your company asking to speak to a new car Salesman. I was put through to Mr. Lebo. I am ever so grateful that I was put through to Lebo. From day one Lebo as been outstanding. He was patient and kind in all my conversations regarding my new purchase. He always called me, updating me on the progress on the preparation to get the new vehicle . He was always available to take my calls and give me feedback.
I have bought many new cars from different dealerships in my time and have never experienced service like the service I got from Lebo.
Finally on Thursday I was called by Lebo stating that my car will be ready on Friday the following day at 11am.
I was at the garage by 3pm met by Lebo. Once again service was outstanding. He was ready to meet me and take me through the process before taking delivery of my car.

He then directed me to a lady Azsha Dee. Her approach was kind and polite. She made me feel so comfortable. She explained the legal aspects of the contract to me. We had a joke or two in between. What an amazing person. She was so professional and friendly . When I left Lindsay Saker I felt so good dealing with these two people.

Finally Mr. Sicdat I have no doubt that these two individuals are assets to your company. I wish them well in your company and hope that they have a bright and successful career ahead. I will always recommend my friends and family to deal with these two individuals .

I just wanted to let you know that I took delivery of my new Polo Vivo yesterday(12/02/2015) from your branch and that I have never had customer service like I received from Zain and Azsha- Dee. Ek hoop dit gaan goed!
Ek wil net ‘n baie baie GROOT dankie sê aan jou en die “Lindsay Saker Mooi Street” span!!! Ek het baie lank terug sulke goeie diens ontvang!!!!!! Feizel en veral Zain, het so baie gehelp deur die laaste week!!!!
Weereens, baie dankie aan jou ook vir al die hulp en reelings wat met Feizel/Zain getref is in verband met my nuwe voertuig en die awesome afslag wat jul my gegee het!!
Ons het Saterdag my karretjie opgetel en terwyl ons daar was het my man die Tiguan raak gesien!! Daar was een wat op die vloer gestaan het (charcoal kleur) – dink n 2l diesel wat nou op special is! Hy was so beindruk met die uitsteekende diens wat ek ontvang het – en dit is n stunning kar - dat hy alreeds n R1000.00 “holding deposit” neergesit het vir daai spesifieke voertuig! 
Soos met Zain bespreek, wil hy graag sy Toyota Hilux (2013 D/C 4x4) inruil daar by julle. Ons wil graag ‘n goeie inruil waarde kry op die bakkie en dan die Tiguan vat. Ons weet sommer ons gaan die selfde great diens ontvang!!  Ek glo Zain en Heinrich (my man) sal dan verder reelings tref vir die week!
Weereens – baie baie groot dankie vir alles!!! Ek is verskriklik tevrede met my nuwe karretjie!!!!

Firstly, please pass on my apologies to Thabani for sending this email across so late – I suggested he give me your email address so I could send you this note but last year was very rough one for me so it clearly fell through the cracks.

Nonetheless, I thought I’d send across anyway as I really do believe he deserves the recognition. I’ve been using your dealership for many years, mainly for car services but I’ve also bought my first GTi 6 from you.

I’m sure you’ll recall there was a period when the service at your dealership was extremely poor (maybe before your time) and I’m relatively certain I was one of many unhappy customers. At the time Thabani was the driver who drove me to and from work. I recall thinking how Thabanai struck me as an extremely capable person and was very happy to see him being promoted when I returned a bit later. Not only that, Thabani is one of the best service advisors I’ve dealt with – he’s attentive, follows up, communicates clearly and is a pleasure to deal with. I think your management team also must be commended for identifying his abilities.

Thanks again for the good service, I hope this note will go some way to recognise Thabani for the way he goes about his job.

It may well be that there has never been a team anywhere in the global
World of Volkswagen more committed to service excellence than I found the
case with your Service Department. My gratitude is deep and runs-over.

Starting with Dianne’s reassurance that Lindsay Saker HQ would to not
disown the problems pertaining to the engine replacement in my Polo 1.2TDI
BlueMotion, then Trevor’s willingness to take the risk of accepting ownership
of the problem, then to Gilbert’s seeing the matter through. All these and
much, much more have been pivotal in my experience. VW makes the finest
cars, it is a most positive thing to have the assurance that there is just as
capable and willing a team to maintain the cars at that superior technical
level as purposed in the original design and manufacture.

It is correct that not all the difficulties were permanently solved. This is by no
means a reflection on the service department and workshop at Mooi Street.
As a technical person myself, I know only too well the intractable
consequences of a job not done well the first time (especially by somebody

Of particular note is Gilbert's approach with his candid, warm, open and
unaffected sincerity that never failed to make me comfortable to report
difficulties as often as were discovered. After having been pushed away from
my 1st love in motoring by the ordeal, Gilbert helped me find my way back.
Had it not been for such, I should not now be enjoying the pinnacle of
Volkswagen’s 40yr technical genius, the Golf 7. What a car!
